Bob Karr

Serial entrepreneur, active angel investor, and incurable networker, Bob Karr is CEO / Founder of LinkSV.com and a co-founder of the Silicon Valley ’s Angels Breakfast Club. Retired from a highly successful career in the corporate liability insurance business, where he spent 15 years as a partner of Dinner Levison Company and another 15 years as Senior Vice President of the Sedgwick Group, Bob has a background managing business development and client services and has focused on the valley’s emerging and pre-IPO companies; many of his client companies have had successful IPOs.

A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Bob and his wife, Jonlyn, live in the Bay Area. Proving that entrepreneurship can be genetic, their sons, David and Steven, are co-founders of and dedicated to Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, an environmentally conscious herbal tea company.

Dean Tracy

Renowned as a leading expert in organizational leadership and technology initiatives, Dean Tracy’s 20-year management career spans vertical markets, including: retail; network management integration & consulting; healthcare; finance & investment management; and software development. Directing professional and technical teams as large as 130 people, Dean has developed accelerated career path planning for mangers, lead administrators, engineers, trainers, and administrative support personnel.

Dean speaks regularly at business symposia both locally and at destination resorts such as Lake Tahoe’s Squaw Creek and San Diego ’s Hotel del Coronado. He has served on the Information Technology Advisory Committee for Silicon Valley College , as a board member for several non-profit groups, and is a co-founder of the Job Connections Outreach Program at CPC, one of the largest and most reputable professional groups in the Bay Area. Dean and his wife, Denise, have four children ranging in age from 16 to 22 years old.
