Carl Angotti, MSEE, MBA, PE

Product Development of high-tech products and Project Management have been the major thrusts of Mr. Angotti's career for the last 25 plus years. Carl has helped clients accelerate the development of new products from the very initial stage to successful products in the marketplace. His focus is making sure the products are viable, introduced in a timely fashion and profitable.

He has a successful track record in industries such as instrumentation, industrial measurement, telecommunications, consumer, computer, medical device and automatic functional test.

Mr. Angotti has served on the Board of the IEEE Engineering Management Society (Chair), IEEE Consultants Network (Chair), PATCA (Professional and Technical Consultants Association, Chair), the Technology Alliance Bridge (TAB). He is a member of the IEEE, Project Management Institute (PMI Northern CA) and is a California Registered Professional Electrical Engineer #10235.

He holds an MBA from San Jose State University, an MSEE from the University of Southern California and a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Mandy Bawa

A strategic focus and service orientation govern Mandy Bawa’s approach to establishing Human Resources as a vital business discipline. Her passion for organizational influence brought about by individual development, coupled with her broad 10-year HR background as a generalist in multi-state environments and strong business acumen, have allowed her to contribute successfully on both strategic and tactical levels.

Working with Hewitt Associates, Mandy partnered across management levels and several locations on all HR functions, including: compensation; resource planning; talent acquisition; employee relations; and performance management. As a key business partner of department heads and managers at ReloAction, she provided professional counsel and advice on employee relations and organization development matters, including nationally deployed policies for compensation and benefits, recruiting practices and employee retention.

Courtney Ann Behm

Founder of Viewpoint Solutions and associated with some of the most successful corporations in high-technology industries, Courtney Behm has a 23-year background in marketing, sales and new product introduction program management. Having held management positions with blue-chip companies like IBM, Wang Labs, Motorola / Codex, Cisco Systems, Telebit and Centigram Communications, Courtney has also worked with enterprises suffering the pain of declining market presence, diminishing revenues, and corporate downsizing. As a result, she has first-hand experience with both the highly-effective and the less-successful ways to manage an enterprise, and she conducts client engagements that offer a wide range of creative opportunities for professional and personal excellence.

Holding an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, where her areas of concentration were Marketing and Organizational Behavior, Courtney is a dynamic speaker, skilled facilitator and team leader with expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Enneagram Leadership Styles.

George Ishiguro

George Ishiguro has a very successful track record in designing , implementing and operating a global information technology infrastructure that adds value to business performance. Among his achievements include the successful global deployment of a single instance Oracle 11i HRMS; the implementation of a corporate intranet and extranet infrastructure; the expanded bandwidth and lowered cost of a re-engineered global network; a retooled semiconductor design and layout compute environment utilizing compute and disk servers; the installation of a WIP tracking manufacturing system capable of 24x7 operation.

He has created, staffed and managed cross-functional IT program, project and department teams for Seagate and LSI Logic. He has a successful track record with software development quality assurance for electronic computer aided design tools (ECAD) at Avant! and LSI. His early training included extensive exposure to IT principles of operations, system architecture and design, applications design and development, and system integration and testing with Argo Systems, Computer Sciences Corporation, System Development Corporation and Fluor Products.

George understands and applies methodologies for software and system configuration and release; development life-cycle; and quality-assurance. His breadth of experience spans IBM’s top-down design to the Carnegie-Mellon SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM).

George earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley and is also a State of California licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer. His other educational accomplishments include 6-Sigma training classes for Brown Belt and Hands-On Champion; instructor certification for Foundations of Organizational Thinking; and management classes in Total Quality Improvement Methodology.

Hossain Rasoli

Design-for-manufacturing (DFM), cost reduction and quality improvements have been the major accomplishments of Mr. Rasoli's career at Motorola for the past 20 years. His expertise are in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, customer support, cost, quality and design improvements. Hossain has been a major contributor in recent turn around of Motorola cell phone division. His background includes successful completion of many projects in improving product design and manufacturing processes to improve test yields, cycle time and quality that resulted in major cost savings.

Hossain holds a BSEE from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a MBA from Olivet Nazarene University.

Richard Shoenhair

Mr. Shoenhair is responsible for the overall design, implementation and operation of the company's Internet healthcare product, information technology and operations functions. Prior to founding REDmedic in 2003, he was Senior Vice President for Reliable Network Solutions and Director of Engineering and QA for Digital Generation Systems creating nationwide networks for media and information delivery. Prior to these companies, Mr. Shoenhair developed networking products for Network General and Novell. He has also developed mobile technology, electronic entertainment, imaging and system level products for other companies including Activision and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Shoenhair received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and his Masters in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Stanford University.

Quinn H. Tran

Developing global high-technology businesses and territories is Quinn Tran’s specialty, having generated profitable revenue totaling more than $1 billion dollars in her 20-year career. In roles spanning international business development, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and operations, Quinn has opened markets in South America , China , Southeast Asia, and India and built a world-wide reputation as a successful entrepreneur.

Currently CEO of KnowledgeTech, a portal focusing on knowledge exchange between the Silicon Valley and Vietnam , Quinn has served as CMO for Kodak’s NexPress, VP/GM for Xerox’s ColorgrafX, and in various senior management roles Sun Microsystems. At Marakon Associates, she consulted for clients such as American Express, Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo Bank, Dow Chemical and Apple Computer.

A senior fellow at the Silicon Valley’s American Leadership Forum, Quinn also serves in advisory roles at universities and high-technology parks in Vietnam, where she brings her business development experience to promote international trade with the US.

Quinn received her Bachelors and MBA degrees from San Francisco State University.
