360 Process

Rapid Assessment Process (RAP)

The process begins with you providing us with your inputs on what your priority and pain points are along with your vision and goals.

Customer Initial Review (CIR)

Once we have digested what you have told us we we come back to you to confirm that we understood what your needs are and provide you with an initial approach as to how we might work with you. If we do not think that we are the best people to help you, we will provide you with qualified referrals, as appropriate.

Roadmap to Success (RTS)

In this stage, we work together to agree on the scope of work, measurable deliverables and a set of scheduled milestones. The output of this step is a measurable plan.

Implement, Measure, Adjust & Complete (IMAC)

In this step of the process, we implement the Roadmap plan and work with you to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on time and on budget.
